About Sapient
Outcomes
Sapient Wealth successfully launched a modern website that effectively communicates their values and expertise to potential clients. The new platform positioned them to attract international clients while building trust through strategic social proof and clear messaging.
Creating the Brand Identity
Sapient Wealth had built a strong advisory business, but their website hadn’t been touched in nearly a decade. As a result, it didn’t reflect the firm’s growth or even the sophisticated advisory services they offered.
To kick things off, we started by gathering visual references & mapping out brand direction. We further curated a bunch of mood board options, aligning them with company stakeholders for continuous feedback.
We finally zeroed-in on a theme & color palettes that demonstrated empathy and a people-first approach.

Creating the Information Architecture
With the visual direction set, we moved into structuring the website architecture. This phase was crucial because we needed to organize information in a way that would build trust progressively as users moved through the site.
We designed the homepage to follow a specific flow. The hero section would make the value proposition clear immediately. Then we would layer in social proof through numbers and achievements.
The five core pillars of Sapient Wealth needed prominent placement. Service, trust, empathy, advice, and relationship were the foundation of their business model. We created a dedicated section to communicate these values clearly.

Leadership credibility was another key element. In financial advisory, people want to know who they're trusting with their money. We designed a leadership section that highlighted the team's experience and expertise.
The architecture also needed to handle different types of potential clients.
HNIs, NRIs, women entrepreneurs, business owners, Gen Z investors, and retirees all have different needs and concerns. We created sections that spoke to each segment specifically.
Designing Family-Centered Hero
The hero section became the foundation of the entire website experience. We knew we had seconds to communicate what Sapient Wealth does and why someone should trust them.
We chose to feature images of families rather than generic financial imagery. This decision was strategic. Sapient Wealth focuses on building generational wealth, and families represent that concept better than charts or graphs.

The copywriting emphasized partnership and roadmaps. "We are the partners to build generational wealth and we build a roadmap with trusted partners to realize your ambitious financial goals."
This messaging addressed a key insight from our research. People have ambitious financial goals but often lack a clear roadmap to achieve them. Sapient positions itself as the trusted partner who provides that roadmap.
The hero section also needed to work for both domestic and international audiences since global expansion was a key goal for the client.

Adding Social Proof
Social proof was critical for a financial advisory firm. We needed to stack credibility throughout the site without making it feel like bragging.
We started with numbers that mattered. Assets under management, combined years of experience, number of clients served, and countries where they operate. These metrics immediately establish scale and expertise.
PR mentions became another credibility layer. The stakeholders had been featured in various news articles and publications. We created a dedicated section to showcase this media coverage.

Client testimonials provided social proof from actual users. We positioned these strategically throughout the site to reinforce key messages at the right moments.

The challenge was presenting all this proof without overwhelming visitors. We organized it in digestible sections that built credibility progressively rather than dumping everything at once.
Communicating Core Values
The 5 pillars of Sapient Wealth needed special treatment. Service, trust, empathy, advice, and relationship weren't just marketing terms. They were the actual foundation of how the firm operates.
We created a dedicated section that explained each pillar clearly. This wasn't about listing features. It was about communicating the philosophy behind their approach to financial advisory.
Each pillar needed its own explanation and visual treatment. The goal was to help potential clients understand what makes Sapient different from other advisory firms.

This section also served an internal purpose. It helped the team articulate their own values more clearly and gave them language to use in client conversations.
The visual design reinforced these values through color choices, typography, and layout decisions that felt trustworthy and professional.
Expanding Global Reach
One of Sapient's key goals was attracting international clients. Their existing website didn't communicate their global capabilities effectively.
We created a dedicated section that positioned them as a global firm rather than just a Mumbai-based advisory. This included messaging about their ability to handle different countries' compliance requirements.
The challenge was balancing global appeal with local expertise. International clients want to work with firms that understand global markets, but they also want local knowledge and compliance expertise.
We solved this by emphasizing their experience across multiple countries while highlighting their deep understanding of specific regional requirements.

This positioning opened up new market opportunities and gave them a competitive advantage over purely local firms.
Building Service Pages
Beyond the homepage, we needed to create pages that explained their specific services clearly. The about page, blog section, team pages, and contact forms all needed to support the overall trust-building strategy.
The "Meet the Manager" page was particularly important. Clients want to know who will actually be managing their money. We designed this page to showcase individual expertise while maintaining the overall brand feel.

We also created pages for their educational content like "Coffee Pe Compounding" sessions. These pages positioned Sapient as thought leaders while providing value to potential clients.

Each page needed to work independently while supporting the overall site goals. Someone might land on any page first, so each one needed to communicate value and guide users toward contact.
Streamlining User Experience
The user experience needed to work for different types of visitors. Some people were ready to contact us immediately.
Others needed more information before making a decision.
We created clear navigation that let users find what they needed quickly. The contact information was always accessible, but we also provided educational content for people who weren't ready to reach out yet.

Loading speeds and mobile responsiveness were crucial. Financial advisory clients often research on mobile devices, and slow sites create trust issues immediately.
We also ensured that compliance requirements were met without cluttering the user experience.
Financial firms have specific disclosure requirements that need to be handled properly.
Managing Client Feedback
The feedback process was smooth because we had established clear expectations upfront. The client knew what they wanted and we knew how to deliver it.
We handled feedback asynchronously, which kept the project moving efficiently. Each page had its own feedback cycle, so we could iterate quickly without waiting for complete site reviews.
The stakeholders were engaged throughout the process. They provided thoughtful feedback that improved the final result rather than just requesting changes for the sake of change.
This collaborative approach meant fewer revision cycles and a better final product. The client felt ownership of the result because they had been involved in shaping it.
Conclusion

The final website launched successfully and aligned perfectly with Sapient's vision for their brand. They finally had a digital presence that matched the quality of their actual services.
The project wrapped up on schedule with all stakeholders satisfied with the result. They received everything needed to compete effectively in the modern financial advisory market.

The new website positioned them for growth, particularly in international markets. The trust-building elements and clear value proposition gave them tools to convert more prospects into clients.
Most importantly, the site reflected their actual values and expertise rather than generic financial advisory messaging. This authenticity became a key differentiator in their market.
