Using the founder’s personal brand, we kicked off an exclusive beta community. We started with a waitlist and quickly onboarded 300-400 users into a buzzing Slack group.


This Slack community turned into the perfect spot for real-time feedback. Quick polls and user interviews helped us uncover what users really wanted and allowed us to tweak and improve things fast. Being able to chat directly with beta users made it easy to focus on what mattered most to them.

By creating this space for open conversations and feedback, we made sure Socialsonic is shaped by the people who use it.
