Brand Identity Design

Brand identity design for the moment you get looked at properly

Trusted by SF’s top AI & SaaS companies

What usually brings teams here

Nobody rebrands because they’re bored of the logo. Something changed underneath and the identity stopped matching it.

  1. You’re raising, and the brand is the weak link.

Investors form a view of the company before they reach slide three.

  2. You sell trust and you look like a side project.

In finance and health, the identity is doing risk work, not decoration.

  3. You renamed the company and nothing else caught up.

A rename leaves fragments everywhere, and the old identity keeps surfacing.

  4. Your founder made the logo.

It got you to revenue and it won’t get you to enterprise.

  5. Every deck looks like a different company.

With no system underneath, each asset is argued from scratch by whoever makes it.

  6. You can’t brief anyone on what the brand is.

Nothing is written down, so nobody produces on-brand work without you in the room.

What brand identity design actually includes

Brand strategy & naming

We settle what the company is before we draw anything. Positioning, audience, the competitive set you’re actually judged against, and the name itself when the name is in question. We won’t redraw a logo while a rename is open, because you’ll pay for it twice.

Typical outputs:

  1. Strategy and positioning
  2. Naming or validation
  3. Competitive audit
  4. Messaging pillars and tone

Some of our work

How we work with your team

(01)

The audit is free, and first

Every engagement opens with an audit at no cost. We find the real problem before anyone opens Figma.

(02)

One embedded team

A senior designer joins your Slack and your sprint rhythm. There is no account manager relaying notes between us.

(03)

We ship in weeks, not quarters

Work moves in two week cycles, and something is reviewable at the end of every one. You are never waiting on a big reveal.

(04)

Feedback in 24 to 48 hours

The one commitment that decides whether this lands on time. We make it, and we ask you to make it too.

Why Bricx

Most agencies hand you a brand book and leave. We get judged on what happens after. Whether the round closes, whether buyers stop hesitating, whether your team can use it. We apply it before we document it.

01

Design first, document second

Everyone else sets the rules before touching a real asset. We build the thing, then write the rules from what worked.

02

Taste is the product

AI does the UX thinking now. Layouts, flows, first drafts. What it can’t do is the last ten percent.

03

It has to survive your team

A brand that only works when we’re in the room has failed. Yours, your agency and your AI tools all need to use it.

04

Systems, not screens

You keep a system your team can extend, so the next page doesn’t restart an argument you already settled.

We quote the logo as a separate line item. A rebrand covers the system, the applications and the guidelines. A new mark is its own job with its own approval cycle, and we’ll tell you upfront which one you need.

Four to six weeks for a full identity. Two to three for a focused sprint. Add four to six more if the website is being rebuilt on top, though the two run partly in parallel.

Engagements start at $25,000. Branding bundled with a pitch deck has run $10,000 to $12,000, and a rebrand with a landing page around $22,000. Scope and naming drive the range.

Settle the name first. We won’t redraw the mark while the name is open, because you’ll pay twice and the second version will be worse. We can run naming as part of the engagement.

Yes, and increasingly a design MD file with it so your AI tools can make on-brand assets without a designer. For genuinely complex identities we’ll tell you a traditional brand book is the safer call.

No. We build the messaging pillars and the tone with you, and your team writes into them. We’re not a copywriting agency and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Feedback inside 24 to 48 hours, one decision-maker who can approve direction, and your copy on the schedule we agree in week two. Projects that slip almost always slip on one of those three.

Refresh when the name and positioning still hold and the execution has aged. Rebrand when the company changed underneath, which is a pivot, a move upmarket, or a rename. Most teams who ask for a refresh have actually had one of the three happen.

Every file, and you own all of it. Design source, component library, documentation and, where we built it, the code in your repository from the first commit. Nothing sits behind our account and nothing needs our permission to use.
