A small, senior team designing and shipping products for funded B2B and AI SaaS companies. No layers, no handoffs, your name on the work.

Open roles, all remote.
Do not see your role? Send the one project you are proudest of, and the part of it you would do differently now, to deeksha@bricxlabs.com
Most design studios sell hours. We are building the one that gets judged on what the product does after launch. That means the same people who draw the screens also ship them, that we agree the metric before anyone opens Figma, and that nothing we design dies in a handoff document. If that sounds like the kind of work you want your name on, there is a seat here.
Perks and benefits
Remote, genuinely
Work from anywhere. We hire for judgement, not for a postcode.
Senior-only team
No account layer, no middle management. You sit beside the person deciding.
Real ownership
Your name is on the work, in the case study and in front of the client.
No timesheets
We do not track your hours. We track whether the work landed.
Flexible hours
Overlap where the work needs it. Arrange the rest of the day around your life.
Team meetup
We get in a room together twice a year, properly, not for a workshop.
What we argue about
Six lines we hold when a project gets tight. Written plainly, because you are deciding whether to spend your next few years here.
Craft is not negotiable
The last ten percent is the part clients remember, and it is the first thing traded away when a deadline slips. We do not trade it.
If the date is wrong we move the date and say so early. We do not quietly ship something we would not put our name on.
Own the outcome, not the task
Nobody here hands off a file and calls it done. You follow the work until it is live, in front of users, and doing the job it was built for.
That means sitting in the build, answering the edge-case question at six in the evening, and caring what the number did in week four.
Say the hard thing early
A difficult conversation in week one costs an afternoon. The same conversation in week six costs the project.
We would rather be the team that raised the risk than the team that was polite about it.
Design for the number
Portfolio-ready is a by-product, not the brief. We agree the metric before anyone opens Figma, and we report against it after launch.
If the work looks incredible and activation did not move, we got it wrong.
Ship, then improve
Perfect and late loses to good and live. Get it out, watch what actually happens, and fix what you learn rather than what you assumed.
The first version is a question. The second one is the answer.
Small team, on purpose
We stay small so that everyone in the room is someone whose work you would show your friends. That is also why hiring takes us a while.
You will never be the person managing the person doing the work.
