Off-Page SEO Strategist
We are looking for someone to own how often Bricx gets mentioned, linked and cited across the web and inside AI answer engines. You will work under the Head of Search, and you will own a number.
The work
- Own brand mentions and links: how many, from where, and whether they are the sources AI engines actually cite.
- Find the pages and publications that answer engines pull from in our category, and get Bricx onto them.
- Run partnerships and exchanges with other agencies and directories, from finding the owner to the pitch to the follow-up.
- Own our directory and listing presence, including Clutch and the sites that feed AI answers.
- Report weekly against one number: qualified leads from search and AI.
What we need from you
- Two or more years doing off-page SEO or digital PR, with links you earned and can point to.
- You understand that a link is worth nothing if nobody credible is reading the page.
- Comfortable writing outreach that gets replies, which means research before the first line.
- Curious about AI search, and happy to work in a field where last year's playbook is already stale.
- You care about the number more than the activity.
How we operate
Remote first across Delhi and San Francisco. Senior only, no layers to manage. You pick the hours that fit the client calls and your own head. We do not track time, we track whether the work landed.
