Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a senior product designer to own engagements end to end, from the opening audit through to what ships. You will work directly with founders at B2B and AI SaaS companies, and your name will be on the outcome.
The work
- Run engagements end to end, from the opening audit through to what ships.
- Turn messy product problems into flows, wireframes and interfaces that hold up.
- Sit inside the client's standup and sprint rhythm rather than reporting from outside it.
- Build design systems the client's team can extend once we are gone.
- Agree the metric before opening Figma, and report against it after launch.
What we need from you
- Five or more years designing B2B or AI SaaS products, not just marketing sites.
- A portfolio where you can explain the decision behind every screen.
- Comfort with ambiguity, and the instinct to raise the hard thing early.
- Enough understanding of frontend to design something that can actually be built.
- Writing strong enough to carry an async team across two time zones.
How we operate
Remote first across Delhi and San Francisco. Senior only, no layers to manage. You pick the hours that fit the client calls and your own head. We do not track time, we track whether the work landed.
